The position’s duties include, but are not limited to: drafting legal memoranda, researching legal issues, preparing bankruptcy Petitions, assisting the attorneys in court preparation, and performing case management and other administrative duties. Meticulous attention to detail is required. The applicant must be a team player, willing to pitch in and help on whatever areas needed by the supervising attorney.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed their first years of law school, have strong academic credentials; have superior research, writing and analytical skills; and the ability to multitask.
Compensation: Unpaid internship. Supervising attorney will sign off on work time for course credits if offered by the applicant’s law school.
