Christina “Cat” Hernandez
Bankruptcy Case Manager
Cat has worked as a Paralegal for Kristy Hernandez for three years. She started as an assistant to Kristy, and found that she enjoyed the legal procedure so much that she wanted to further her education. Cat recently graduated from MTI with her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Cat has always had a passion for helping others, but has found that in the area of bankruptcy and loan modification she is truly assisting families in getting back on their feet. She has a background in customer service, and in banking. She worked as an assistant manager for a large bank in Lake Tahoe and in Sacramento before deciding that what the banks were doing were not helping anybody. Taking a leap of faith, she left banking to work alongside Kristy, and has been thankful ever since.
In addition to her work at the Law Office of Kristy Hernandez, Cat was recently married and has a young daughter. Her husband is currently serving in the United States Army. She enjoys all types of music, dancing, travel, reading, and of course, spending time with her daughter and husband.

Ralph Gross
Case Manager
I am a graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Business. I worked in the transportation industry as a Supervisor, Operations Manager, and an Assistant Manager for 30 years. In 2005 I retired from the industry. After being retired for about a year Kristy approached me about become a Case Manager for her business. After 30 years of work, it was hard to just retire so, I decided to take her up on her offer. I have enjoyed working with Kristy and her staff for approximately the last four years. I enjoy helping people get their lives back together during one of the worst economic times in recent history. I have been married almost 38 years, have 2daughters and 3grandchildren. Besides spending time with family, I also like to travel, swim, hike, and am learning to enjoy reading.
